Returns

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and work to resolve it promptly through replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement product is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

Please note that banks, payment providers, and credit card companies may require additional time to complete the transaction.
